The owner requested a design that would reflect the traditional Mexican architecture of the region. The design solution marries a contemporary open floor plan with a traditionally styled exterior. The 4850 SF residence has 7 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, home office and a separate guest home. A large central great room organizes the plan. The great room opens to a terrace with a rustic Palo de Arco shade structure. Completing the luxurious resort feel of the home is a freeform infinity edge swimming pool with a swim up palapa bar and the white sand beach on the Sea of Cortez.
